Grace Orlando × Preachly
From Saturday at 4:00 through Sunday at 12:30, Grace’s communications, teaching, worship, and video teams keep the weekend moving. Preachly brings everything they create into one page their people can use in the room—and return to all week.
The whole story in 15 seconds
From Saturday afternoon through Sunday lunchtime, Grace’s communications, teaching, worship, and video teams keep a lot moving. Preachly fits between those teams without becoming another production to manage.
The comms manager copies last week’s page and updates only what changed.
One scheduled page supports every Saturday and Sunday gathering.
After Sunday, the sermon video turns it into an on-demand companion.
No new content calendar. No app download. No extra system for the congregation to learn.
Why Grace chose Preachly
By the time the first service begins, the sermon is finished, the worship set is rehearsed, the cameras are ready, the announcements are queued, and every next step has an owner. The challenge was not creating a meaningful weekend. It was giving all of it somewhere to stay useful.
Preachly became the simple layer connecting those pieces. Every team keeps using the tools and rhythm it already knows. The congregation gets one familiar link that opens instantly, with no account and no download.

How Grace introduced it
Grace didn’t launch a complicated new program. They showed people where to find the weekend companion and what they could do with it.
“Everything you need for this weekend—in one place.”
Opening weekend
People followed the sermon, saved what stood out, streamed the worship set, added events, gave, and took next steps. One page met people wherever they were.
Unique people opened Grace’s page during its first weekend.
People downloaded, opened, streamed, saved, shared, and took next steps.

One destination. Every familiar way in.
The church continued sharing discovergrace.com/today—a familiar address on Grace’s own website—and forwarded it to their custom Preachly URL. In the room, the same page was available through screens and NFC tap tags on the backs of seats.
The repeatable weekly rhythm
One small handoff across the team. Nobody owns a giant new project; each person adds the piece they already produce, at the moment it is ready.
Grace’s communications manager duplicates the previous page, swaps in the new events and details, then saves it as a draft. The recurring work takes about 15 minutes.
The finished sermon deck drops into the same page. Slides are the most-used part of Grace’s experience because people can follow along and save the moments they want to remember.
The page publishes before Saturday’s first gathering and stays live through all six services. Every QR code, screen, text, and link points people to the same current place.
The video team links the YouTube sermon and turns on Watch-along mode. Sunday’s page becomes an on-demand companion people can revisit throughout the week.

One page across the whole weekend
Grace’s page goes live one hour before the first service and remains current through the last. The same short link works on screens, QR codes, texts, and social posts.
Then Sunday becomes on-demand.The video team adds the sermon once, and Watch-along mode keeps the page valuable all week.
