About Preachly.io
Preachly.io is the church engagement platform — built to turn everything from a service into one mobile link your people actually engage with: sermon slides, worship songs, scripture, notes, giving, and next steps. They open Preachly by link, QR code, NFC tap, or text — no app, no login, no friction.
Why we built Preachly.io
Every Sunday, pastors and worship leaders spend hours crafting content that matters — sermon slides built to illustrate a message, worship sets chosen to connect people to something deeper, announcements designed to move the congregation to action. And then the service ends, the screens go dark, and most of that content disappears.
We built Preachly.io because we believed the message shouldn't end when the service does. Churches were resorting to emailing PDFs, sharing Dropbox folders, or posting links in Facebook groups — tools that weren't built for this moment and created friction for the exact people they were trying to reach.
Preachly.io is built on a simple premise: if you can display a QR code on a screen, every person in the room can have everything from today's service on their phone before they walk out the door. No app to download. No account to create. No friction at all.
Meet the founder
Drew Boatner Founder of Preachly.io
Drew built Preachly around a simple idea: give people something useful the moment they arrive. Put the message, worship, scripture, and next steps within reach, so connecting with a church starts with value and a clear invitation.
That idea guides the product: one church-branded page, easy to open, useful during the service, and worth coming back to throughout the week.
What actually drives us
At the end of the day, we're not building this because church tech is an interesting market. We're building it because we care deeply about the local church — and we believe that when people take one more step in their spiritual life, it matters for eternity.
If Preachly.io helps one more person revisit a sermon during the week, follow through on signing up for a small group, or feel like their church actually prepared something just for them — that's worth it. That's what we're building toward.
What we believe
- Technology should serve the mission, not complicate it
- Every attendee — including first-time visitors — deserves zero-friction access to church content
- The local church is worth building excellent tools for
- Engagement analytics should be meaningful, not vanity metrics — churches deserve to know what's resonating
- Church branding matters: your congregation should see your identity, not a third-party tool's
- People taking next steps in their spiritual lives is worth every line of code we write
Built for your ministry team
Preachly.io is built for the people who make ministry happen: pastors, worship leaders, communications directors, small group leaders, and kids and student ministry teams. Start with one gathering, then bring more of your ministry into the same simple experience.
The goal is the same in every setting: give the people in front of you something meaningful to use in the moment and carry into the week.
