Billing Policy

Free Plan

The preachly.io Free plan requires no credit card. It includes one published page that can remain live and editable while the account remains in good standing.

New Free workspaces receive 14 days of expanded feature access. When that period ends, some features become unavailable unless the church upgrades or purchases the applicable add-on. Saved content and settings may be retained even when they are not displayed or editable on Free. Free-plan limits, including upload allowances, are described in the product and may be updated prospectively.

Paid Subscription Trial

A paid preachly.io subscription may begin with a 7-day free trial when that offer is shown at checkout. Your card is authorized at signup to confirm payment details, but no charge occurs until the trial ends.

You can cancel the paid subscription during its trial with no charge. The no-card Free plan and a paid-subscription trial are separate offers.

Subscription Billing

After your trial ends, preachly.io charges your payment method on the billing cycle you chose — monthly or annual. Billing dates are based on the date your trial ended.

• Solo Plan: $39/month, or $390/year (two months free)
• Team Plan: $79/month, or $790/year (two months free)

Annual plans are billed once per year and renew annually until cancelled. If you apply a promotional code, its discount and duration are shown at checkout before you confirm.

You will receive an email confirmation after each successful payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your preachly.io subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date.

To cancel: go to Dashboard → Billing and click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, update payment details, and view invoices — no need to contact support.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends and will not be billed again after that.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification from preachly.io. We will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

To update your payment method, go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Billing.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. preachly.io does not store your credit card details. Invoices are available through the Stripe billing portal.
