Billing Policy

Free Trial

Every new preachly.io subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Your card is authorized at signup to confirm payment details, but no charge occurs until the trial ends.

You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial with no charge.

Subscription Billing

After your trial ends, preachly.io charges your payment method on the billing cycle you chose — monthly or annual. Billing dates are based on the date your trial ended.

• Solo Plan: $39/month, or $390/year (two months free)
• Team Plan: $79/month, or $790/year (two months free)

Annual plans are billed once per year and renew annually until cancelled. If you apply a promotional code, its discount and duration are shown at checkout before you confirm.

You will receive an email confirmation after each successful payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your preachly.io subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date.

To cancel: go to Dashboard → Billing and click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, update payment details, and view invoices — no need to contact support.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends and will not be billed again after that.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days and we'll review your case.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification from preachly.io. We will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

To update your payment method, go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Billing.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. preachly.io does not store your credit card details. Invoices are available through the Stripe billing portal.
